  • You might be wondering what is online live training?

    Well, it is a 90-120 minute online live session where an expert presents a topic to the live audience using audio video tools, followed by live Q&A session. Participation is super easy; you just need a computer with good internet connection and working headphone with microphone or speakers. You will receive the training material in advance so that you could prepare your notes for the live session.

  • What is the timing for online live trainings?

    We have planned our trainings keeping in mind the global audience. Timing may vary from region to region. In most of the cases training is planned in such a way that anyone from any part of the globe can attend the live training session with minimum adjustments. We have also trainings which will be specifically for any specific region e.g. Europe, United Stated, Asia or African countries.

  • In what language are trainings offered?

    We conduct/offer trainings mostly in English. At OnlyTRAININGS our aim is to provide quality trainings and we want that language should not become a hurdle for anyone. We also conduct trainings in German, French, Spanish and Portuguese, based on company & individual requirements. As some of you might not be very much comfortable with English so to help you further, we will also provide the recording access of live training session, so that you can watch it again and again at your own pace to understand it better.

  • How the trainings have been planned?

    We have planned the trainings keeping in mind the latest industry trends and requirements. Our team does the industry research to find out the latest challenges, and discuss them with the industry experts to plan training session in order to face/overcome those challenges.

  • Not received confirmation after registration?

    Contact us by email, phone or skype and we will provide the required information ASAP.

  • What should I do if my credit card payment getting declined?

    In such cases we have seen that most of the time, reason for it is a decline from your credit card issuing bank. We suggest you to get in touch with your issuing bank to get the appropriate reason for payment decline, and do not forget to confirm with the bank whether you can use your card to make international online payment or not? Else you can also try your training registration using Credit Card by PayPal gateway payment mode (2nd option in the payment mode selection button). We have seen that Banks normally don't have issues for authorizing credit card payments processed through PayPal payment gateway.

  • How do I register for training?

    Registration for live/past training session is super easy. Just check out the training of your interest in the upcoming or past training section and do the online registration. Fill out the few basic details and make online payment and you ready to go.

  • What will I get with my training registration?

    After every successful registration you will get the payment invoice, training instructions, your unique connection link and training material (PDF) in advance i.e. 2 days before the live session. After the live training you will also get complementary access to watch the recording for 15 days. In 2 weeks time you will also receive the Q&A transcript of the training session. Most important you will also get your own training participation certificate from OnlyTRAININGS

  • What is the deadline to register?

    We will close the registration process 12 hours before the scheduled time of the online live training.

  • What do I need to attend online live training?

    To attend the live training you need a computer/laptop with internet connection and working headphone with microphone. In case you are attending it with your colleagues you can also opt for good quality external speakers. With us you can join online live training even when you are on the go. Our training software allows you to connect through PC desktop, Tablet, Android or iOS device, so that you never miss any of your training session.

  • I can’t join the live training?

    No need to worry, as after the live training you will get complementary access to watch the recording for 15 days. Apart from this you can also send us your questions if any, by email within 2 days after the training to receive answers.

  • Can I transfer my registration?

    Yes, you can transfer your registration to your colleague in case you do not have time to join due to any last minute appointment. Later you can ask him to share the recording access link so that you can also catch it later. Simply send us an email and we will forward him the new connection details.

  • How can I pay?

    With OnlyTRAININGS you can make payments by 3 methods: 1. by Credit Card 2. Bank transfer and 3. PayPal (Wallet and Credit/debit cards through PayPal payment gateway)

  • What information will I receive after registration?

  • Can I cancel my registration?

    Cancellation and Refunds for Credit Card Payments: You can cancel your registration and request a refund at any time before the scheduled live training. If you have already received the connection link or training material (PDF), a refund will not be possible. However, if the cancellation is made before accessing these materials, you will receive a refund (after deduction of 9% + taxes). The refund amount will be credited back to your source credit card within 1-2 working days after refund approval. Cancellation and Refunds for Bank Transfer Payments: For payments made via bank transfer, refunds to a bank account will not be available in case of cancellation. Instead, upon canceling the registration, we will credit your OnlyTRAININGS account with OT credits. One OT credit is equivalent to one US dollar ($1). You can use these OT credits to register for any other training of your choice at your convenience.
