By using OnlyTRAININGS Academy you confirm you are at least 18 years old, have read these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If accessing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials or allow others to access your purchased course content.
All prices are listed on the platform and subject to change. Taxes may apply at checkout.
- Refund requests made within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund, provided course content has not been accessed.
- Once course content has been accessed or streamed, refunds are not available regardless of completion percentage.
- Courses purchased during promotions or with discount codes are non-refundable.
- Live session registrations are non-refundable within 24 hours of the session start time.

By purchasing on OnlyTRAININGS Academy, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will contact us at trainings [at] onlytrainings.com and allow up to 5 business days for resolution before initiating a chargeback.
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a breach of these Terms.
- We maintain full records of all transactions, login activity, course access logs, and IP addresses, which will be submitted as evidence in any chargeback dispute.
- If a chargeback is filed after course content has been accessed, we will provide all access records to the card issuer as proof that the service was delivered as described.
- Fraudulent chargebacks where service was clearly delivered and accessed may result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
- OnlyTRAININGS reserves the right to recover any chargeback fees incurred as a result of a disputed transaction.

All content on OnlyTRAININGS Academy is protected by copyright. Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. You may not:
- Download or redistribute course videos or materials
- Share, sell, or sublicense content to others
- Use materials for commercial training without written permission
You agree not to use our platform for unlawful purposes, harass other users, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or use bots or scrapers. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Course content is for educational purposes only. Results vary based on individual effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
OnlyTRAININGS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
